What does the 2027 registration scheme mean for me?
England's short-let registration scheme is expected to start in March 2027. I'll help you get registered and keep your listing compliant.
How is your fee calculated?
17.5% of booking income after platform fees, excluding cleaning fees (15% for the first 12 months if you join by 31 Dec 2026).
Is there a contract?
Yes, a clear written agreement, but no lock-in: 30 days' notice either way.
Which areas do you cover?
Norwich and Norfolk, plus properties further afield thanks to my network of trusted cleaners and maintenance teams.
Do I keep control of my property?
Always. You can see your calendar anytime, and nothing is done at the property without your OK.
